Torpedoed by U486 off Cherbourg 26th December 1944 & written off as a Constructive Total Loss (CTL), Nine members of the crew were killed. Hulk refurbished and served in Portuguese Merchant Service as Nostra De La Luz in 1954 serving into the 1970s.
